Are VIDEO GAMES Good For Us? Better Hand Eye coordination?

We all like to play games! Right?

Whether it is on our smartphone or in PlayStation or Xbox or maybe in our desktop/laptop, we all have played games.

We often heard that playing games improve our hand-eye coordination- is it true?? Let's know about this in details-

Whenever we use to play games we had to listen to our parents that 'don't play games!! / your eyes will get affected / Play outside / playing computer games will make your mind dull' and so on.

Actually, in several studies, it was found that those peoples who play more games(Gamers) have improved their hand-eye coordination more than the Non-Gamers(those who doesn't play any game).

The gamers actually react more instant and accurate with their hands when they see sometime. Many tests also indicate that those peoples who play more games have better brain development than the non-gamers.

Gamers can learn new things better and in a faster way. They can adapt quickly to any situation and can improve their performance in a better way.

Medical science also supports this fact that during surgeries, among different surgeons, those who play games, actually perform better by doing fewer mistakes.

In laparoscopic surgery, where different nano-devices were inserted inside the body and then they were controlled through hands to perform the surgery, here also surgeons who play games controls those devices faster and in a better way and as a result surgeries/operations were done faster.

Thus it is true that playing games improve hand-eye coordination though some people say that some games create violations in mind but you have to admit this fact that riding a car in a game actually help that person when he/she first time learn to ride a car or bike in real. That person learns it faster and better.
Peoples who like to play shooting games have better concentration.
Studies cited by Scientific American Mind found that those peoples who play shooting games have performed better in tests of mental abilities.

Finally, we reached the conclusion that Games are good for hand-eye coordination as well as for our mind but we should play it normally not like a heavy gamer. As heavy gaming also affects our body in a bad way.
