The next problem that actually prevents this app to give you more frequent surveys is the Battery Optimization Feature. This feature saves a lot of battery power but in some cases like android marshmallow or higher devices this feature prevents apps from running in the background in certain conditions. Although this is an excellent feature but for the sack of getting more surveys from google opinion rewards, you have to disable battery optimization for this app only.
To do this Go to settings -> Battery - tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select Battery Optimization - select 'All Apps' then select 'Google Opinion Rewards' and set 'Don't Optimize' as shown in the picture.
Next important thing is to ensure that the 'Location' services are enabled. 'Google Opinion Rewards' needs to know when you visit a place and if or not it needs customer feedback.
Go to Settings -> Location check whether it is set to 'On' or not, if not set it 'On'. Also, you have to make sure that the mode is set to 'High accuracy'. In this way, Google can identify where you are more accurately and may give you a survey about that place for customer feedback if it needs.
Another setting that you have to check is whether the 'Location history' is enabled or not.
In the same page you will get that..just ensure it is enabled. In this way, Google can send you a survey about a place that you may have visited 1-2 weeks ago.
To do this follow these steps:
Open Google App and select 'Settings' from the navigation menu. Select 'Accounts & Privacy' . Next, tap on 'Google Activity Controls' and ensure that Google location history is enabled.
So after doing all the above settings correctly, Google Opinion Rewards app will be able to know where you are visiting and if that place needs any customer feedback. Thus you should follow all the above steps.
